Travel advice

Passengers  are solely responsible for obtaining all required travel documents and visas and for complying with all laws, regulations, orders, demands and travel requirements of countries to be flown from, into or through which they transit. Passengers may be denied entry into a country if they do not have the required or valid travel documents.

Air Uganda and our check in agents shall not be liable for the consequences to any Passenger resulting from his or her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.

Prior to travel, you must present all exit, entry, health and other documents required by law, regulation, order, demand or other requirement of the countries concerned, and permit us to take and retain copies thereof. We reserve the right to refuse carriage if you have not complied with these requirements, or your travel documents do not appear to be in order.

Visas

Every nation has its own set of conditiond regarding the entry of visitors from different nationalities. For some countries, it is a requirement that passports have to be valid for a minimum period before they will issue a visa. Some countries grant visas upon your arrival while others will not allow entry without a valid visa.

Before your flight, do contact the embassy or consulate office of the country you will be travelling to for the latest information on visas or entry requirements.
