HOW TO MODIFY MY E-TICKET?
I can do so by getting in touch with an Air Uganda agency or else my travel agency. I just have to give them a call to solve the matter, provided there is no additional fee to pay.

HOW GET REGISTERED IN THE LOYALTY PROGRAM?
I just have to fill in the registry form, available in any Air Uganda agency, at airport desks and on the website.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO GET AT THE AIRPORT FOR THE CHECK-IN?
The passengers are requested to be at the check-in point 2 hours prior departure. The check-in closes 45 minutes prior take off.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE I MISS MY FLIGHT?
You have to go immediately to an Air Uganda desk and notify the airline. If you have a modifiable ticket, you’ll be able to board in the next flight depending on the availability of a seat. Keep in mind that according to the type of ticket you have, you may be asked to pay additional fees.
