BidAir Cargo, as the appointed GSSA for Air Uganda, provides airline cargo solutions for the airline and manages the freight and express cargo sales and operations for all destinations to and from Entebbe.
Air Uganda operates MD87 and CRJ aircrafts with three daily flights to Nairobi, daily flights to Juba, six flights a week into Dar es Salaam, two flights a week via Mombasa to Zanzibar, six flights a week to Kigali.
The aircraft hold dimensions for the MD 87 are 325cm (L) by 134cm (W) by 74cm (H), with cargo capacity of up-to 5000kgs per flight. CRJ hold dimensions are 190Cm (L) by 92cm (W) by 65cm (H) and maximum cargo capacity is 500kgs.

The BidAir Cargo South Africa outsource business model was introduced in Uganda on 1stAugust 2008, allowing the airline to focus on their core business - passengers.  BidAir Cargo has offices at Entebbe International Airport.

BidAir Cargo is a South African registered company established in 1996 and is 100% owned by the global investment corporate, the Bidvest Group.  The company brings 15 years’ experience to the African air cargo forum, providing flexible solutions for all airfreight requirements within Africa; and inter-continentally using partner airlines.
